Q. I have not heard of PlaceBooked.com. What is the advantage of advertising with you now instead of later, or never?

A. This is very simple. Fifteen years ago we hadn't heard of Amazon or Google. There are currently over 400,000 monthly Google searches for meeting and conference facilities. We provide a needed service. We want to streamline the process of finding a meeting or conference facility.

Many owners of meeting and conference facilities will immediately see the value of increasing their visibility, especially for FREE. This, as in any business situation, is "Risk vs. Reward". With our FREE introductory offer there is no risk for the reward of getting your facility or service in front of millions in the future.

Our role is to create two groups. One is the "Glad I Did" group and the other is the "I Wish I Would've" group. You get to pick your group. That is why we decided to GIVE IT AWAY!

This is all about turning visibility into revenue for members and providing a needed service to customers. We are doing what we can to provide lookers but we need members to be there when they look. We want YOU to be there when they look! We want YOU to grow with us! We want the lookers to save www.PlaceBooked.com to their favorites. That basically makes each member a favorite. Locking in a position in your city at the discounted Charter/Introductory Membership annual rate of FREE greatly increases the value of your advertising dollars.
Q. Is the FREE introductory rate available in all cities?

A. The FREE introductory rate is currently available in all cities. We want to build a data base for our customers quickly and we want to provide value to our members and ease of use to our customers.
Q. How do I renew my membership?

A. At the present time, no action is necessary. Once you are displayed on PlaceBooked.com you will stay until you notify us of a change.
Q. After I submit my information when will it appear on PlaceBooked.com™?

A. All information should be posted within 5 business days.
Q. Can I put my website URL in the ad?

A. Yes. This is a very valuable part of our service. It also help search engines to find us if you place Member Of: www.PlaceBooked.com somewhere on YOUR web site.
Q. What constitutes a location? What if we have multiple locations we would like to advertise?

A. What normally constitutes a location is the phone number to reserve the location. If your group has three different addresses they rent and customers call one number to rent them, you could use one ad. You can combine your information into one bordered ad. The reason we look at it this way is to save time for you and the Meeting Space 4 U customer. We want the ad giving all the information and the number to contact for a customer to reserve the room.

Q. What if I would like to change our contact information or address?

A. Go to the Contact Us page and let us know what you would like to change. We will make the changes within five business days. There is no charge for this.
Q. In what order will my meeting rooms and location appear in my city?

A. The meeting locations will appear in alphabetical order. A limited number of Members in each city will lock in their ad at the Charter/Introductory rate of FREE.
Q. I offer catering, sound systems, video, filming and other services for meetings and would like to advertise my business on the page of my city. How do I do this, where will it appear and how much does it cost?

A. We want to keep the main thing the main thing so meeting rooms will be the first thing customers see when they enter a state and city. Advertising will appear at the bottom of the page in the order in which they join us below the national and regional advertisers. There are also a limited number of Charter Memberships available. These members can lock in their position in their city (below the meeting rooms) for $147 annually. The regular cost is $197 annually. These can be found on the advertising page. We will post your information within 5 business days.
Q. What if I have a conference/meeting room AND it is in a restaurant or I offer catering services also.

A. You are in a great position. Advertise your meeting room and note that you are located inside xxx restaurant or offer catering for meetings. If you have the meeting room advertised, your other services will be included in that ad for FREE.
Q. Will advertising for any business be accepted?

A. Most businesses will be accepted. We want to serve our customers with providing information on restaurants, sporting event venues, theaters, caterers, the arts, entertainment and audio/visual services. We are looking for services that can be utilized to enhance the meeting and after hours for attendees while out of town. Businesses involving pornography or adult themes will be rejected and a total refund granted. Please save us both time and do not apply.
